I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small, but the kitchen space was useful. However, the service was not consistent, as there were friendly and attentive staff, yet we were surprisingly told off for smoking in a designated area. The location, although quiet and right on the beach, had maintenance issues in the rooms that affected our stay, prompting us to leave early. The dining options were varied and delicious, but there were some cleanliness issues in the room. Overall, the price was fair, and we appreciated the refund for our shortened stay.

The hotel is located in Old Orchard Beach, close enough to walk to activities but the ocean view was obstructed unless stepping out on the deck. The dining options were plentiful and basic, with a walking distance to amazing spots. The location made it difficult to maneuver vehicle parking. Overall, it was disappointing with issues such as bathroom drainage and uncomfortable mattress.
